Bricín Restaurant in Killarney, situated in High Street in the centre of the town has been the domain of brothers Johnny and Paddy McGuire for over 25 years.
The cuisine at Bricín  could be described as a fusion of genuine Irish cooking and world cuisine.
One of their specialities is Boxty pancake made from potatoes, flour and buttermilk which was a staple in many Irish homes in times past. They serve a wide var.iety of fillings with it.

Other Main Courses

There is a wide ranging menu at this restaurant including:

Shelled Prawns cooked in a delicious calvados cream sauce.

Skeaghanore Duck Breast scored, seared and oven roasted with an orange, anis and port sauce.

Pork Apricot – succulent Pork Fillet filled with sage and apricot stuffing.

Irish Beef Fillet chargrilled to your liking, with a brandy & bourbon pepper sauce or mushroom sauce or garlic butter.

Rack of Kerry Lamb roasted to your liking with a Madeira and rosemary sauce.

Nutroast – a delicious blend of roasted nuts, vegetables and fresh herbs, oven baked and served with homemade mushroom sauce.

Thai Red Chicken Curry with Thai Jasmine rice.
