Bricín Restaurant in Killarney, situated in High Street in the centre of the town has been the domain of brothers Johnny and Paddy McGuire for over 25 years.
The cuisine at Bricín could be described as a fusion of genuine Irish cooking and world cuisine.
One of their specialities is Boxty pancake made from potatoes, flour and buttermilk which was a staple in many Irish homes in times past. They serve a wide var.iety of fillings with it.
